Jesús Arámbarri Gárate (1902– 1960 ) was a Basque classical music conductor and composer. In 1953 Arámbarri became a professor at the Madrid Conservatory and conductor of the Madrid Symphony Orchestra. He was also appointed President of the Spanish Conductors' Association. Known for his dedication to both the classical repertoire and the promotion of Spanish music, he contributed to concerts, collaborations, and the broader development of orchestral culture in Spain.

Narciso Yepes (1927–1997) was a celebrated Spanish classical guitarist known for his technical precision, expressive depth, and major influence on 20th-century guitar performance. He gained international recognition after the premiere of the guitar part in Joaquín Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez, which he helped popularize through performances and recordings.
Yepes was also famous for developing and promoting a 10-string guitar, designed to expand the instrument’s resonance and harmonic possibilities.
