In 1966 JM World Orchestra brought together outstanding young musicians under the guidance of world-class conductors for a full concert programme followed by an international tour.

Conductor

Jean‑Claude Hartemann (1929–1993) was a French conductor known for his work with several European orchestras and for his role as music director of the Orchestre Philharmonique de Strasbourg. He was particularly associated with French repertoire, contributing to performances and broadcasts that helped promote both established works and lesser-known music. Hartemann also collaborated with major musical institutions in France, supporting orchestral development and artistic standards during his career.


Soloist

Bruno Leonardo Gelber (born 1941) is an internationally acclaimed Argentine pianist known for his powerful technique and deeply expressive interpretations, particularly in the Romantic repertoire. He has performed worldwide with major orchestras and is especially admired for his performances of composers such as Ludwig van Beethoven and Sergei Rachmaninoff, combining virtuosity with strong musical structure.

Jean Mouillère (born 1940) is a French violinist recognized for his distinguished solo and chamber music career. He has performed extensively in Europe and collaborated with leading musicians in both recital and ensemble settings, contributing to performances of classical and contemporary repertoire with a refined, lyrical style.

Claude Naveau is a violinist active in chamber and orchestral music, known for his work in ensemble performance and collaboration. His musical activities have included participation in concert projects and repertoire spanning classical works, contributing to performance practice within instrumental groups.
